Episode 90: JFK Jr: The Fatal Voyage Podcast, Part 2

Episode 90

In 2020, the Fatal Voyage: The Death of JFK Jr. podcast was released. It has mixed reviews on various outlets. After watching Dark Legacy II, I wanted to see if this research offers us anything of merit on what happened to JFK Jr and why.

This covers Episodes 7-12

➡️ How does the famous Cocaine Godmother fit in with the story of JFK Jr? Was she planning to use JFK Jr as a sex slave? 😐

➡️ What caused JFK Jr's plane crash? Was he an experienced, cautious pilot or was he a reckless daredevil?

Hello, hello, and thanks for tuning in. In tonight's episode, I will conclude my exploration of the fatal voyage podcast. Tonight, we will take a look at episodes seven through 12. We will explore how the famous cocaine godmother fits in with this story, how she was allegedly planning to use JFK Jr as a personal sex slave. We will explore whether JFK Jr was an experienced cautious pilot, or was he some reckless Daredevil that was willing to kill himself as well as his wife and sister in law. Let's saddle up and take this ride. Episode Seven opens up with us hearing that Carolyn Bessette pleaded with John Jr to lead a quieter, safer life. We also learned that there was a plot to kidnap JFK Jr in the mid 90s. James Robertson says, about two months into the investigation, the word gangs is used gang one, gang two and gang three, and this detective has made handwritten notes. The narrator believes this must be a sign that the detective was talking directly to an informant at the time, are these street gangs, the mafia, drug runners? Barry Levine says New York City was in a crime wave in 1990 the homicide rate peaked. This was pre Giuliani. New York City was rough and tumble. JFK Jr lived a carefree life and didn't seem bothered by the crime wave. He walked and rode his bicycle. Carolyn was fearful that he'd be attacked or kidnapped. Leon Wagner, the fox trot Bravo India uncovered a plot to kidnap John Jr. Arrests were made. The plan was to kidnap him near his house and demand millions in ransom. They'd cut off his ear and mail it to Jackie. Leon believes it was a legitimate threat, yet this never influenced Junior's behavior. The informant talks about gangs from Florida. Could these be drug traffickers? One plan is all about a Florida based drug cartel. Another plan is about the kidnapping of JFK, Jr. So who are these people? James and the narrator, looked for a detective in Miami who was involved in taking these statements. They tracked down a police chief who agreed to talk. There was a surveillance done. They wanted to get their hands on JFK, Jr, he was known to ride a bike through Manhattan. They intended to grab him during one of his bicycle rides. What alerted the fox trot Bravo India's attention to all of this. James and the narrator, go over facts and figures about massively wealthy drug cartels from South and Central America Andy Tillett. Miami was the center of the cocaine universe. This was a time of people like Pablo Escobar people in Miami paid for houses with suitcases of cash, $100 bills all had coke residue on them. Barry Levine, there was a plot from a Colombian Queen pen to kidnap JFK, Jr. She was reported to have had six husbands, but they all disappeared. He would be drugged and smuggled out of the US on a banana boat. He was not to be harmed. The plot falls through because the woman's advisers told her they believed it would bring a massive military presence to them, and this would be more trouble than it was worth. We do not know if JFK Jr was ever told about this plot. We do not know if he told Carolyn, if he was ever told. So we according to the podcast, we don't know if JFK Jr or his wife, either one ever knew about this weird kidnapping plot. The woman behind all of this, allegedly, is Griselda Blanco, aka the cocaine godmother. With that, we go into Episode Eight, which is primarily a history of Griselda Blanco and not about JFK Jr. Griselda is known as the Black Widow, the queen of cocaine, the cocaine godmother. She has to be tougher than all the men in the business, and she becomes known as someone you don't mess with Barry Levine says that griselda's intention is to kidnap JFK JR and make him her sex slave at the age of 11, Griselda killed a child when the child's parents refused to pay her a ransom. So just holy shit on that all. Way around. Episode Nine, JFK, JR And Carolyn hit it off. He's been playing the field with celebrities, but it looks like now he will settle down with one woman. Carolyn was worried about his safety and her safety, as well as the pressure of marrying the prince of Camelot. Carolyn was overwhelmed. She was stalked by the paparazzi, and her every move was chronicled. George magazine was also a brain child of Jackie, because she saw media as a way for JFK Jr to get into politics. We're told that Junior's marriage was on the rocks, and so was George magazine. Barry Levine, John Jr loved to fly. He felt at peace in the sky when he was not stalked by photographers. John Hanke, he was logging hours for his instrument license. He had passed the test, but he was still logging hours. We're told that junior did not have his instrument scanned down. IE, he needed to better understand how to read and understand which instruments to look at while flying at night. 55 hours had been logged on night flights with a flight instructor. 36 hours had been flown inside his Piper, Sara toga. Only three had been flown without a flight instructor. That's what we're told. We're told that if the pilot doesn't believe what his instruments are telling him he's in trouble, you have to rely on your instruments in fog or in the dark. JFK, JR also has a paraglider. He crashed his paraglider and broke his ankle. He was wearing a cast and using crutches. John's cast is taken off 24 hours before the flight. He was limping a bit and still using crutches. Episode 10, John Hanke says, the Pentagon takes over it takes 15 hours to mount a search and rescue mission. Hmm, where have we heard a story like this before? Huh? I'm thinking back to the death of Dag hammershould And how it takes 15 or 16 hours for search and rescue to begin. It's already daylight, the heat of the day, as a matter of fact. Yet, even though DAGs plane crashes like what seven or eight miles from the airport, it takes that many hours for search and rescue to even begin. Seems a little bit suspicious, doesn't it? JFK Jr takes off for Martha's Vineyard. His wife and sister in law are both on board. When you're flying at night, it's difficult to figure out where you are and how high up from the water you are. The plane goes into a downward spiral, possibly components of the airplane fail, there would be tremendous G forces on your body. The plane struck the water nose down, and everyone would have died on impact. It was not possible that anyone survived. JFK Jr was dead at only 38 initial reports were that they were missing. They had failed to turn up at Martha's Vineyard as scheduled, was John the victim of a T word attack? Was it an attack on the broader Kennedy family? Five days later, the bodies were found, and it appears the Kennedy curse has struck again. Ugly George, aka George urban, says JFK Jr was at the lowest moment in 1999 we met accidentally on the street. George magazine had failed. John Jr came up and said hello, and they had coffee together. He said he was surrounded by phonies and glad handers. It gets to me that George magazine has failed. The first magazine went through the roof because of phony liberals. They wanted to have the right content on their coffee tables, but that was it. People didn't even read the copies. Once you had the first edition, you didn't want any more. It gets to me that I've never been a success. Everything has been inherited. He felt he had failed at love and failed at his career. His marriage was a non marriage, and had never been a marriage. Junior says he wants kids. Carolyn does not ugly. George says Carolyn was not a nice person and was basically a gold digger. John Hanke says the murders of JFK and RFK were part of a pattern with John Jr. We initially hear that a flight instructor was on board. Later, we are told that no flight instructor was on board. His plane was modern, and alarms should have gone off at FAA headquarters before the plane hit the water. A plane crash can be located within three feet. So why was search and rescue delayed, and why were the efforts so far flung? We're told that junior did not contact any air traffic control facilities, but actually he did. At 12:30pm the Pentagon takes over reporting of Junior's plane crash. Hanke feels that this was a middle finger to the Kennedy family. John Kerner, the death spiral narrative does not ring true. Junior. Calls into air traffic control to say he's going to drop off Lauren Bessette and then head to Martha's Vineyard. When he was about one mile out from approach, one minute later, the plane drops off radar. There's nothing that could have caused disorientation. He had been able to use autopilot, and he knew how to recover an aircraft. The facts indicate this is not an accident. At 9:40pm three witnesses report an explosion and they hear a boom. John Kerner contacts one of the witnesses, who was an attorney. The man agrees to talk, but after the man stalls him off, the man ghosted him and then refuses to speak. At 2:15am ABC reports that the Navy has found a rescue beacon and is closing in on it. The aircraft had a state of the art beacon that would go off and would not be difficult to find later, it is reported that, oops, it was a downed Navy military aircraft that was downed near Junior's crash site. ABC News drops the story. Why was a downed Navy aircraft out there in the same location. How did that plane crash? Where is the wreckage? Did the planes collide? Where was the pilot? The beacon is different for a private plane than a military plane. Either they are lying or there was a downed naval aircraft who had motive. Ugly George says Junior was considering a political career. He says that Junior said there were people who didn't want him to be president. Ugly, George says that he might go straight for a presidential run in 2000 and skip the House and Senate. He said certain people were afraid of this prospect, they did not want Junior getting in the way. He had money so he would not have been beholden to the power brokers for cash. John Kerner, Junior was obsessed with trying to find out who killed his father. He did not believe the official story. He published Oliver Stone's article in George magazine. He hired Wayne Madsen to do an investigation. One of his ex girlfriends says that Junior was obsessed with trying to discredit the Warren Commission. If he came into power, he could expose the people who killed his father and his uncle, the Charlie India alpha could have placed a bomb on the plane. They could make sure he never got to the White House. We know they did it to senior Doug weed at some point, he was hoping to find out what really happened to his father. So we end that episode with the question was, JFK Jr murdered? Episode 11. In this episode, the podcasters want to retrace Junior's steps in a Piper. Sara toga on the same route. One conspiracy theory is that pop poppers were in a small boat. They used a laser guided missile, and it destroyed the plane. Richard Bender, an aircraft investigator who examined the wreckage of Junior's plane, we found nothing wrong with the aircraft. Everything was impact damage. The narrators tell us that JFK Jr is not good to fly at night. It was a dangerous night. It was foggy. So why was junior in the air that night? Anyway, the NTSB report tells us that the accident was pilot error. Oh, hmm. I feel like I've heard that story before. You know, it seems like that same narrative occurred with Dag hammershould. Nothing to see here. Move along. Move along. It was simple pilot air. It was just a terrible accident. Nobody came after Dag hammershould. His autopsy photos haven't really been airbrushed. He wasn't found with the death card, the ace of spades tucked in his shirt collar. Nothing to see. Here it was pilot error, wink. We're also told there was no black box, but the flight was tracked on radar the whole time. Junior failed beacon training seven times. So we're told the podcasters mimic JFK, Jr's final flight, according to them, Junior had a lot of problems. George magazine was in the shitter. His marriage was in the shitter, and he'd moved into a hotel. He was taking painkillers and drinking to deal with the combination of his broken foot and his broken marriage. We're told that he was hungry and may have had low blood sugar because he was an athlete who exercised a lot. Junior decides to fly without a flight instructor. His life is a mess. He's going without a flight instructor. Night is setting in. The weather is bad. This is surely reckless. We're told that junior failed to file a flight plan, yet another sign of Junior's recklessness and irresponsibility. I'm feeling like this story is also getting increasingly familiar, because we hear the same narrative about JFK senior, that he knew he was going into hostile territory and he didn't. Want any kind of extra protection. He didn't want the bubble top on the limo. He didn't want Secret Service nearby. He wanted the people to be able to see himself and Jackie. He just goes out on Love Field and starts shaking hands with people and waving and smiling. And he shouldn't have done that. It was reckless. Why wasn't he thinking about himself, about his wife, about his children, about his country? This is just reckless and irresponsible. JFK Jr's friends supposedly call him the master of disaster. He probably neglected to file a flight plan because he thought the rules didn't apply to him. He failed the bar exam because he didn't even study. That's just who he was. We're told the radio was tuned incorrectly, and that may have impacted his ability to contact the control towers. The narrator concludes that the accident was preventable and simply that an accident episode 12, which is the final episode of fatal voyage, conspiracies and the Kennedy family are connected. If anything happens to a Kennedy, it's automatically decided to be a conspiracy theory. The narrator tells us the conspiracy theories around John Jr are silly and pointless. It was all just an accident. However.dot.it, possible there was a cover up, not because Junior was murdered, but actually because he wasn't murdered. Just going to take a pause there, so we can think about that. There was a cover up potentially, but it's not because Junior was murdered, it's a cover up because he wasn't murdered. Richard Bender even says that an average person would have been fish food, but because the last name was Kennedy, the bodies were taken from the water. There was no indication that the plane had been bombed. Junior took pain meds for his broken ankle. There were rumors that he was drinking heavily as well. The narrators looked for a toxicology report. Was he on drugs? Was he drunk? Could he have had a stroke or some other type of medical event? Cyril wecht setting aside politics or anything malevolent, the Kennedys had an uptight feeling about autopsies. You should do autopsies on pilots and passengers. You do autopsies to determine what really happened, even if you rush it and make it the top priority, you get it done in every airline death case, autopsies must be done along with toxicology reports. Did the Kennedy family put pressure on the medical examiner not to do toxicology reports? We're told that the victims were killed by trauma to the body. We're also told that there was a toxicology report and that it found no evidence of drugs or alcohol. The narrator is incredulous at the idea that no pain killers were found in junior system. Cyril Wex says the FAA would have seen to it that it was done. I believe the results were covered up. The toxicology report is puzzling because it says cyanide and carbon monoxide tests were not performed. The report says there were no traces of drugs in Junior's system. Maybe he didn't take drugs before he left because he didn't want to be under the influence. Junior's blood samples were not collected or stored properly. Wecht calls this quote a goddamned disgrace. Cremating the body destroys any opportunity for a follow up exam. Junior's body was cremated and the ashes were scattered. The narrator says he smells a rat. He believes the cover up was orchestrated by the Kennedys, because God forbid that junior be revealed as anything less than a prince. They did not want to ruin the Kennedy name, and with that fatal voyage ends. So yeah, a lot of a lot of ground covered. There, everything from cocaine godmother saying that she wanted to use JFK Jr as her private sex slave to toxicology reports being covered up. So what do you think here? Do you think that the results of a toxicology report were covered up because he had drugs in his system and, oh, my goodness me, it might ruin the image of the prince of Camelot. I mean, bear in mind JFK, senior, deceased Jackie deceased, like who would have been left? The king and queen of Camelot are both deceased, so who would have been left for this idea of we can't let anybody know that the prince of Camelot had taken. Can Viking in for his ankle or whatever? I mean, Caroline, yes, still alive, but would that really have mattered? If he's deceased, that's automatically going to cancel out any chance of him running for office. So I don't completely know what the idea is here. Oh, he we couldn't let him not be seen as the prince of Camelot. It would be better for all of this mystery to exist than for somebody to find out that he got on an airplane with drugs and alcohol in his system. But remember, we've also been told that he abhorred drug use and wanted nothing to do with it. So is it that the toxicology report shows that he was on drugs of some kind, or is it that the toxicology report shows that he was not on drugs at the time? Was there some kind of foul play. John Hanke gets into this much deeper in Dark Legacy two, we're told initially that there was a flight instructor on board, but then we're suddenly told, just kidding, no, there wasn't, because Junior was reckless and impatient and crazy, so he just went impetuously off and did this thing he shouldn't have done, not even caring for his wife, not even caring for his sister in law. Just to hell with it. I want to have my own way. And there's also a seat missing. So it's like, doesn't that seem a little bit suspicious that there's a seat missing, and there's supposedly a partial autopsy done, but the body is cremated really quickly. I would definitely say that I too smell a rat, but for me, I'm not smelling the rat in the sense of it was pilot error. I guess it all depends on what flavor of conspiracy theory you buy into. I myself, personally, do not think that it was just a situation where he got drunk or he took drugs or he lost control. He went without a flight instructor, he didn't know what he was doing, he lost control, hits the water, dies on impact, and that's the end of it. That's not really much of a story. It just isn't. The Kennedy family has been through way worse than a story like that, in terms of scandals and rumors and smear campaigns, even if it was just a matter of he was drug and alcohol free. He just lost control of the flight. The flight got away from him. He couldn't recover the plane, and he smacked the water, and that was the end of it. It's a sad story, but it's just plain and simple, an accident. There are way worse stories than that. I'm not convinced it was pilot error. I'm not convinced it was purely an accident. I intend to continue reading and looking into this further before I make any firm conclusions, but I'm awfully suspicious that there was foul play involved. But what do you think? Do you think that there was a cover up? Because, oh, Prince of Camelot, we have to preserve him. We do not want anybody to think that he was a drunk, a drug head, even though we're told fucking repeatedly that the guy was reckless, impatient, a master of disaster. He took a lot of unnecessary risks. He was a potential crime victim waiting to happen. He was a potential kidnapping victim waiting to happen. He was a potential sex slave waiting to happen. But he would still go for walks. He would still go for jogs, he would still ride his bicycle around New York City and refuse to live in fear. What? What is there left to protect you're gonna, out of one side of your mouth, tell me that he was reckless and impatient and just an arrogant turd, so arrogant, in fact, that he allegedly mails a death threat letter to Biden and signs his name to it, and then, supposedly, Teddy has to bail him out. He's not reckless, but what are, what are you supposedly preserving by covering up all this stuff like, Oh, it's okay for him to be reckless and to be so out of hand that he sends a fucking death threat letter, but we can't tell you that he lost control of a plane. We can't tell you that he was drinking or taking a pain pill. That makes no sense to me. Something is definitely off base with all of this, in my opinion. So what do you think pilot error, accident, something more? Are they covering something up because they want us to think that John, John was Prince of Camelot, and let's just let him die young and handsome and not tell anybody anything negative. Or do you think they're covering up something a lot darker? Stay a little bit crazy. And I will see you in the next episode.
